Attack further sours India – Pakistan relations

Mr. Modi warned Pakistan against creating instability in India, but failing to control the militant group, which is based on Pakistan soil.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promised a strong response to a suicide attack in Indian Kashmir which killed more than 40 security personnel.

India is threatening the complete isolation of Pakistan, along with curtailing existing trade privileges.

The attack targeted an Indian military convoy, and has caused outrage across the country. It is believed the Jaish-e-Mohammad group carried out the atrocity.

Pakistan said it was concerned about the bombing, but rejected the claim that it was responsible.
