Six out of 10 Greeks believe that the country is heading to right direction, Greek news site “Protagon” reported on Thursday citing a new opinion poll.
In the survey carried out by Metron Analysis, 61 percent of respondents were optimistic about the course of the Greek economy and the country generally, while 27 percent expressed the view that Greece is following the wrong path.
Two months after the general elections the conservatives won, seven out of 10 Greeks applaud the new taxation policies announced. And 63 percent of respondents welcome efforts to woo more investments, while 60 percent view positively measures aimed to address criminality issues.
Asked about their top concerns, 26 percent of respondents replied with the economy, while 13 percent said it was refugee/migrant crisis.
