Test show 15 new Covid cases in Georgia, health service says

Georgia reported its first confirmed case on Feb. 26.

Georgia on Sunday reported 15 new COVID-19 cases, bringing its total to 1,336, according to the country’s National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.

Two of the new cases were imported, the center said.

As of Sunday, 1,088 of the 1,336 patients with the disease have recovered, while 17 others have died, the center added.

Georgia reported its first confirmed case on Feb. 26.
