Perdios push for Cyprus tourism at Expo 2020

Deputy Minister of Tourism Savvas Pardios has said he believes Cyprus will show the world that the country coming out of the corona pandemic is not the same as the country that went into the pandemic.

Speaking at the Expo 2020 Dubai, Perdios said there had been a lot of change, “especially from the tourism  prospective especially from the last 18 months as we have been working extra hard to make sure that add experiences, nature, activities, authentic experiences, and other things”.

He said Expo 2020 Dubai was important for Cyprus because Expo is the biggest fair in the world and “very open-minded one without borders”.

In an interview with “Sharjah 24” he added: “It is now the moment to visit Cyprus where you will be welcomed happily.”
