According to the same sources, Russia has taken the initiative for the meeting, which will take place behind closed doors.
The regime of President Bashar al-Assad fell on Sunday night. Prime Minister Mohammad al-Jalali has called for a peaceful transfer of power. He also said he is ready to cooperate with the leaders elected by the Syrian people.
