The Cyprus Fire Service says it will conduct a training exercise in Larnaca on Wednesday as part of its regular readiness program.
The drill, titled “Firefighting and Rescue from a Multi‑Story Building,” is scheduled for April 15 between 10 a.m. and noon at the Althea Residents building on Engomis Street.
Fire stations from the Larnaca district will take part.
The service says fire engines will be moving in and out of the area during the exercise and that there is no cause for public concern.
