Police arrested a 29-year-old man Friday on a European Arrest Warrant issued by Dutch authorities for human trafficking and participation in a criminal organization.
The man was taken into custody and is expected to appear before the Nicosia District Court, where extradition proceedings will begin.
The Nicosia Criminal Investigation Department is continuing its inquiries.
