Cyprus’ Research and Innovation Foundation has signed a strategic memorandum of cooperation with Tenstorrent, a global leader in artificial intelligence, in a move officials say will significantly strengthen the country’s position in AI, high-performance computing, and digital sovereignty.
The agreement, described by the foundation as a milestone for Cyprus, establishes a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing national capabilities in key technological sectors.
The collaboration will focus on advancing AI design capabilities and developing sovereign computing infrastructure to support Cyprus’ digital independence.
