Donald Trump has chosen longtime friend Tom Barrack as the US ambassador to Turkey. Kimberly Guilfoyle, who is engaged to his son, will be the ambassador to Greece.
Trump announced the choices, both of which must be approved by the Senate, on his social media outlet Truth Social on Tuesday.
55-year-old Guilfoyle has been engaged to the president-elect’s son, Donald Trump Jr., since December 2020. She has a background in the California prosecutor’s office and as a host on the Fox News television channel.
