The Israeli newspaper The Times of Israel was hacked and taken over on Sunday. The front page of the website was removed at 10 a.m. and replaced with the slogan “God is Great” in Arabic and text in English.
‘Do you really think you are safe in Palestine? Do you really think they can protect you? We are everywhere, but you can’t see us! There is more to talk about,’ the text said.
The text was followed by the hashtags “#FreePalesitine” and “#DarkEngine”.
At 10:30 AM, the website was restored, but around 10:45 AM, the website was overridden again.
