The installation of smart meters to record electricity consumption begins today in Cyprus.
Speaking on CyBC, EAC Press Spokesperson Christina Papadopoulou stated that, among other things, with the new meters will help consumers control energy consumption.
By 2028, 500,000 smart meters are expected to be installed.
