According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, more than 45,100 Ukrainians have died in the country’s nearly three-year war with Russia. 390,000 have been injured.
Zelenskyi made his assessment in an interview aired on British journalist Piers Morgan’s YouTube channel on Tuesday .
Zelenskyi estimates that 350,000 Russians have died and 600,000–700,000 have been injured.
According to him, many Russian soldiers are officially “missing”.
