FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Sunday at the American embassy in Rome.
The leaders were in Rome for the inauguration of Pope Leo XIV at the Vatican, where over 200,000 people gathered in St. Peter’s Square.
During the 30-minute discussion, they addressed security guarantees for Ukraine and efforts to end the war.
