FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – A new protest over the deadly wildfire in the mountainous region of Limassol is scheduled to take place Monday evening outside the Presidential Palace.
Police said the demonstration is expected to begin at 8 p.m.
No organized group has claimed responsibility for initiating the event.
Officers will be present to ensure the protest remains peaceful and to assist with public safety and traffic flow.
Authorities urged participants to cooperate and follow instructions from police on duty.
