Cyprus’ Department of Electronic Communications reminded viewers that today is the final day to rescan their television sets as private channels switch fully to new broadcast frequencies.
Beginning Wednesday, private stations will transmit exclusively on channels 35 and 48 using DVB‑T2 technology, the department said. Officials urged the public to immediately rescan their TV or set‑top box to maintain reception.
