A weak low‑pressure system is affecting the area, Cyprus’ Meteorological Service said Tuesday.
Today’s weather will be mostly clear, though clouds building in the afternoon may bring an isolated shower over the mountains. Winds will start light and variable at 3 Beaufort, later shifting southwesterly to northwesterly at 3 to 4 Beaufort.
Seas will be calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will reach 25°C inland, 23°C on the south and east coasts, 21°C on the west and north coasts and 15°C in the higher mountains.
Tonight will remain mostly clear, with periods of low cloud.
Winds will be light northwesterly to northeasterly at 3 Beaufort, and seas calm to slightly rough. Temperatures will fall to 12°C inland, 13°C on the coasts and 6°C in the mountains.
