FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – As many people are expected to travel to the countryside and coastal areas this Green Monday, police have implemented increased measures to prioritize public safety.
Traffic police will be visible on motorways, intercity roads, and main roads to prevent traffic accidents and manage traffic flow.
Officers will also be present in public places to ensure safety.
Drivers are urged to be cautious, obey traffic signs, and follow the instructions of police officers.
Additional measures have been taken to prevent property crimes such as burglaries, thefts, and robberies, with foot and motorized patrols in cities and the countryside.
