Albania, as the official host country for ITB Berlin 2025, will present its rich cultural heritage and captivating landscapes.
The event kicks off this morning – March 3 – with an opening press conference and a grand opening ceremony.
Prime Minister Edi Rama and Minister of Tourism Mirela Kumbaro Furxhi will lead the Albanian delegation.
Highlights include a cinematic journey through Albania, live performances by Shkodra Elektronike, UNESCO-recognized traditional music, and traditional dances by the Albanian National Ensemble.
Guests will enjoy dances like “Kcimi i Tropojës” (Dance of Tropoja), the Sword Dance, and the Dance of Osman Taka, as well as a contemporary dance performance and National Opera Theater showcase.
The ITB, or Internationale Tourismus-Börse Berlin, is the world’s leading travel trade show held annually in Berlin.
It brings together professionals from the global tourism industry to network, exchange insights, and showcase travel products and services.
