Search and rescue operations have continued since the sinking off the northern Cyprus coast. The latest body was recovered following renewed efforts by a research vessel supporting the search in the area. With the discovery, the number of confirmed dead has risen to 15, while the number of people still missing has fallen to 13.
In a statement, Üstel said the necessary procedures had been launched to identify the victim.
