Agam Berger (20), Arbel Yehoud (29) and Gadi Moshe Mozes (80), as well as five Thai hostages, will be released on Thursday in exchange for 110 Palestinian prisoners.
The Red Cross arrived in Khan Younis in southern Gaza shortly before the handover.
The identities of the Thai hostages are not known.
