FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – President Nikos Christodoulides will travel to Geneva on Sunday afternoon to attend the United Nations Cyprus conference.
Ahead of the conference’s start on Monday, Christodoulides will chair a session of the National Council at noon Cyprus time and later attend a dinner hosted by U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres at 8 p.m.
On Tuesday morning, the President is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with Guterres, who will also meet individually with other participating parties in the conference.
The Plenary Session of the conference will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the United Nations building and is expected to conclude by 3:30 p.m.
On the evening of March 18, Christodoulides will depart for Brussels to attend the upcoming European Council meeting.
