FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – French President Emmanuel Macron will attend the funeral of Pope Francis in Rome, AFP reports.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is also expected to participate, according to sources cited by the news agency.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed his attendance.
Francis died on Easter Sunday at the age of 88. The Vatican has not announced the burial date, but tradition dictates it will take place within six days of his death.
