At least 15 people have been killed in a car bomb attack near the city of Manjib, located near the northern border of Syria.
Most of the dead were female farm workers. The car bomb exploded as a vehicle carrying farm workers drove past it.
Although most of Syria is now under the new rule of the HTS Islamist group, which has captured its administrative centers, unrest continues, for example in the northern parts of the country. In the region, the Turkish-backed SNA rebel forces and Kurdish-led groups are clashing.
It is not yet clear who is behind the Manjib car bombing.
