Snake charmer Yannis Angelis responded swiftly, capturing the reptile before it could get away.
Angelis noted that the snake was harmless, attributing its presence to the ongoing heat wave. He advised residents to keep doors closed to prevent similar encounters.
Snake sightings have been increasing across Cyprus due to warm weather and drought conditions, driving them into homes in search of shade and water.
