FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – TUS Airways has launched its inaugural flight to Amman, marking a key milestone in the airline’s regional expansion.
Flight U8 724, operated by an Airbus A320, was welcomed with a traditional water cannon salute upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, celebrating the carrier’s first service to Jordan’s capital.
The new route connects Larnaca and Amman, enhancing travel opportunities between Cyprus and Jordan. Flights will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays, with one-way fares starting at €76.
The service aims to attract both leisure and business travelers, offering affordable access to the cultural and historical attractions of both countries.
