NICOSIA,— Cyprus reported a zero percent inflation rate for August 2025, making it the only European Union member state to do so, according to Eurostat figures cited by Phileleftheros newspaper.
In comparison, inflation across the eurozone stood at 2.0 percent, while the broader EU average reached 2.4 percent for the same period.
