The Justice and Public Order Ministry has launched a new automated telephone centre designed to speed up and streamline how citizens contact its services, the ministry said in a statement.
The system uses IVR technology — Interactive Voice Response — to route calls directly to the appropriate department. Officials say the upgrade is intended to reduce waiting times and make it easier for the public to obtain information or submit requests.
The ministry’s contact number is 22805900, operating Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
According to the announcement, the ministry is continuing its wider programme of service modernisation, aimed at improving day‑to‑day interactions with citizens and raising the quality of public services.
