House Speaker Annita Demetriou is continuing her official visit to Egypt, leading a parliamentary delegation at the invitation of her Egyptian counterpart.
Demetriou signed a Nicosia-Cairo cooperation memorandum with the Egyptian Parliament Speaker. The delegation also held discussions with the President of the Senate and the Secretary General of the Arab League.
Yesterday, the group visited the Greek hospital in Cairo and engaged with members of the Greek Orthodox Community of Cairo.
