The Paphos Criminal Court has imposed multi-year prison sentences on three individuals, aged 46, 45, and 31, for their involvement in illegal drug importation.
The 31-year-old and the 45-year-old were each sentenced to 15 years in prison, while the 46-year-old received a 13-year prison term.
The arrests occurred in February 2023 during a CYPD operation in Paphos. Authorities seized over 22 kilograms of cannabis, 400 grams of cocaine, a pistol, numerous fireworks and firecrackers, and large sums of money.
The investigation was conducted by the Paphos Provincial Police (YKAN).
