Russia views Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s willingness to negotiate as a positive development, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Zelensky had informed former U.S. President Donald Trump of his readiness to negotiate, which Trump then shared with Congress during a speech.
In a post on X last night, Zelensky stated that Ukraine is ready to negotiate to achieve a lasting peace solution.
