At least eleven people have died in Istanbul in the past 24 hours after drinking toxic alcohol, state news agency Anadolu reported late Tuesday.
A total of 38 people, 26 of whom are foreigners, have been taken to various hospitals in the city.
Eleven of those being treated have died so far, Anadolu reports.
