The bitter cold persists on the island, with temperatures once again dropping below zero.
The Meteorological Service has issued a new Yellow Warning for tonight, expecting temperatures to plummet to -9 degrees Celsius in the mountains and -2 degrees inland.
The south coast will see temperatures drop to 0 degrees.
The warning is in effect from 22:00 on Monday until 07:00 on Tuesday, urging residents to take necessary precautions against the severe cold.
