FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Croatia’s tourism revenue reached an all-time high of 14.99 billion euros ($16.2 billion) in 2024, marking a 2.7% increase compared to 2023, according to the Croatian National Bank.
The sector continues to be a cornerstone of the nation’s economy, contributing approximately 20% of its GDP.
The country welcomed over 21.3 million tourists and recorded 108.7 million overnight stays, reflecting a 4% rise in arrivals and a 1% increase in overnight stays from the previous year.
Strong growth in international visitors underscores Croatia’s position as a leading global destination.
