Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar has congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on his re-election as the Chairman of the AK Party.
Tatar expressed confidence in Erdoğan’s leadership, stating that Turkey’s global vision, ‘diplomatic initiatives, and development goals will drive the nation forward’.
Tatar said, “As the Chairman of the AK Party, under the visionary leadership of Erdoğan, I believe that the Republic of Turkey’s global vision in the new period, its effective initiatives in the diplomatic field, and its rising goals in terms of development, progress, and welfare will carry our nation into the future with confident steps.”
Tatar added, “I wholeheartedly congratulate the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who was re-elected as the Chairman of the AK Party at the 8th Ordinary Grand Congress, which I am very happy to attend today.
In the new century of the Republic of Turkey, as the Chairman of the AK Party under the visionary leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, I believe that the global vision of the Republic of Turkey in the new period, its effective initiatives in the diplomatic field, and its rising goals in terms of development, progress and welfare will carry our nation into the future with confident steps.”
Tatar also extended his best wishes to the newly elected Central Executive Board members and emphasized the importance of the strong bonds of brotherhood between Turkey and north Cyprus.
