FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – Cyprus is mourning the loss of cultural figure Andros Pavlides.
In a written statement, President Nikos Christodoulides paid tribute to Pavlides, describing his death as a “deeply felt loss.”
The President highlighted Pavlides’ immense contribution to Cyprus’s literary, artistic and cultural heritage. Known as a writer, historian, painter, director and founder of the Great Cypriot Encyclopaedia, Pavlides leaves behind a towering legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.
