FAMAGUSTA GAZETTE – The Council of Ministers has approved measures to encourage the return of talent to Cyprus.
Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis announced that a new bill, focused on the tax framework, aims to reverse the outflow of scientific and professional talent.
The proposed legislation includes a 25% income tax exemption, capped at €25,000, for scientists and professionals who have worked abroad for seven years after completing their studies.
