LIMASSOL, Cyprus — A 32-year-old man from the Philippines died early Sunday morning after falling from the second-floor balcony of his apartment in Limassol, police said.
According to authorities, the man attempted to enter his bedroom through a window for reasons that remain unclear. During the attempt, he reportedly lost his balance and fell.
He was rushed to Limassol General Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries around 3 a.m. despite efforts by medical staff.
