Traffic police in Paphos have detained the teenage driver of a car speeding along the “Tombs of the Kings” Avenue.
Behind the wheel was a 16-year-old, who was driving his parents’ car, without a license and without insurance or MOT.
The vehicle was seized, while the minor’s father was taken to the police station, who will be called upon to face the consequences of the law.
Moreover, in the context of traffic checks in the Paphos district, two drivers tested positive for drugs.
Another 23 drivers were reported for other violations of the Highway Traffic Code.
