Dubai’s real estate market posted its highest‑ever sales in 2025, with the total value of transactions rising more than 30 percent from the previous year, according to the Dubai Land Department.
Property sales reached 682.49 billion dirhams (about 185.8 billion dollars), up from 522.36 billion dirhams in 2024.
Fourth‑quarter sales also set a new record at 187.47 billion dirhams, a 26.86‑percent increase year on year.
Local media said the surge reflects sustained investor appetite for Dubai property, supported by strong demand from both domestic and international buyers.
