An emergency preparedness drill will take place Wednesday at the Akrotiri primary school and kindergarten, officials said.
The exercise was agreed during a meeting of all involved agencies and will be held in the presence of Civil Defense representatives.
Authorities said the aim is to help children become familiar with current safety procedures and to identify any areas where the response plan may need improvement or correction.
