A strategic partnership agreement between Iran and Russia has come into force, Iran’s Foreign Ministry announced.
Signed in Moscow on Jan. 17 by Presidents Vladimir Putin and Masoud Pezeshkian, the treaty aims to deepen bilateral ties across multiple sectors.
Iranian officials called the agreement a turning point in relations, reflecting both nations’ commitment to expanding cooperation.
