Israeli forces have killed at least three people across southern Lebanon on Sunday, the Lebanese Health Ministry says.
In addition, at least 40 Lebanese have been wounded.
According to the Ministry of Health, several clashes broke out between Israeli soldiers and Lebanese protesters, including in the villages of Kfar Kila and Houla.
