A Lithuanian woman accused of misappropriating Greek Cypriot properties is to be extradited to the Republic of Cyprus shortly, following her arrest in France last May.
Reports suggest that a number of formal procedures remained to be completed before the process was finalised.
The woman, 53, was arrested at Nice Airport under a European arrest warrant issued by the Republic of Cyprus.
She had appealed against the execution of the warrant, but the appeal was dismissed by a French court.
