Flu‑related deaths in Cyprus have risen to 24, the Health Ministry said on Wednesday, prompting concern as officials continue to monitor the outbreak.
A Health Ministry spokesman that eight deaths had been confirmed in recent days.
He said the ministry and medical services are reviewing the data and remain on alert, adding that any decision on additional measures will depend on the evolving situation.
