The Drug Enforcement Agency in Cyprus has arrested a 56-year-old man after identifying and seizing a large quantity of narcotics.
During a stop and search of the suspect’s vehicle in Paphos, 16 packages containing cannabis, two packages containing cocaine, as well as precision scales were found.
Subsequently, based on a court warrant, a search was conducted at the suspect’s home, where another package of cannabis was found.
In total, approximately 11 kilograms of cannabis and almost one kilogram of cocaine were found.
The 56-year-old was arrested and taken into custody.
