Queen Alia International Airport has maintained its 4‑star rating following the latest audit by Skytrax, the London‑based air transport rating organization.

The International Airport Group said the renewed classification reflects the airport’s consistent service quality and product standards across key operations.

Auditors reviewed the full passenger journey, including ground transport, security and immigration procedures, wayfinding, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, shopping and dining options, and staff performance.

Airlines, security agencies, ground handlers and concessionaires also took part in the evaluation.

Skytrax’s report praised the terminal’s design, abundant natural light and strong first impressions, noting the airport continues to meet 4‑star requirements.

It also highlighted upcoming improvement projects that will provide a foundation for long‑term upgrades.

Group CEO Nicolas Deviliers said the renewed rating underscores the dedication and professionalism of the airport community and its commitment to delivering a travel experience built on excellence. He added the group remains focused on anticipating future needs in line with its strategic vision.
