Russia’s oil and gas revenues fell 33.8% year on year in November to 530.9 billion rubles ($6.8 billion), the Finance Ministry data showed Wednesday, according to TASS.
On a monthly basis, revenues dropped 40.2% from October’s 888.6 billion rubles ($11.4 billion). TASS said the decline reflected the October collection of an additional profit tax worth 327.8 billion rubles ($4.2 billion), levied quarterly.
From January through November, oil and gas revenues totaled 8.03 trillion rubles ($103.4 billion), down 21.4% from the same period last year.
