In Greece, another 5 seismic tremors were recorded in the early morning hours in the sea area between Amorgos and Santorini.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the strongest tremor had a magnitude of 5 on the Richter scale and occurred shortly after 3:00, 24 kilometers southeast of Amorgos.
This was followed by 4 other weaker tremors, 4 – 4.6 on the Richter scale.
From February 1st to today, over 1100 seismic tremors have been recorded in the Cyclades region.
