Pope Francis (88) has double pneumonia, the Vatican said in a statement.
On Tuesday morning, it was announced that the Vatican has canceled the pope’s plans for the upcoming weekend due to the illness.
The Pope was admitted to the hospital on Friday last week to be treated for bronchitis, after being ill for a few weeks.
