The governor of Russia’s Belgorod region says two civilians were killed in a drone strike on Wednesday, Reuters reports.
According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov, a woman and her child were killed.
Two other family members were also injured.
He did not say whether the attack was from Ukraine, but the Belogrod region has often been targeted after Russia invaded Ukraine and started a full-scale war in 2022.
